Tandulwadi

Tikona

Tikona 3580 ft as the name suggests, this is a triangular shaped hill commanding an excellent view. It is rather easy to approach and climb. From Tikona Peth village one can see the fort in front of us. A ridge of the fort extends on the right. Climbing this ridge we reach the fort’s summit, having crossed four entrances on the way. On the fort there are caves, rock cut water tanks with drinking water and a temple of Taljai Devi. The top is very easy to reach. It has a huge lake on the summit.
