Laminar sea breeze make it ideal for new students. Climbing the hill is a bit
tricky as it is a bit steep. There is an option of using gentle slope for
climbing but not very convenient if you have to climb the hill for a second time
as its approach is further from landing area. Though a small hill one can soar
on this hill for hours. Not suitable for over three pilots in the air
simultaneously.
