Terrestrial sports are a default at most camps. There was an introduction of equipment used followed by participation in terrestrial sports. Safety and use of proper equipment under experience guidance was stressed at all times.

Trekking and site seeing came as default and constant briefing from the escorts made sure participants were getting the information of flora and fauna in right doses without overburdening them with too much of details. There were yoga sessions and jogging in the early hours of the day.
